From the item pages, click the picture to go to the individual product page containing the order button. If you encounter any problems while ordering, please contact customer service. Phone Orders I am happy to take your order over the phone if you would rather not place it online. I work an accounting job during the day at another company, so you will need to call me in the evening M-F, or all day on the weekends. Back Orders: We are currently unable to track back orders. If the item you want is out of stock, please check back later. It should be available again within 3 - 10 days. Payment Methods: We accept payment from Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express and Pay Pal. Payments are processed promptly upon receipt of your shopping cart order. All packages shipped from Earrings Galore will include a declaration indicating the contents as "Merchandise", with full value for the order listed. A package returned to us due to refusal of these charges will result in Earrings Galore being charged for the shipping, return shipping and Customs fees, all of which will be billed back to you. Future orders will not be accepted. Sales Tax: 5% sales tax is applied to all Wisconsin orders and .5% county tax is applied to Sauk County WI zip codes that are entirely Sauk Co WI. If state or county sales tax is not applied to your order you may be responsible to pay it yourself. Returns: We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases and are 100% committed to our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee! Returns are accepted with "no questions asked" when you follow the instructions listed below. Per your request, you will receive full credit for the amount of your merchandise purchase; to be refunded to your credit card or applied toward an earring exchange. Shipping expenses are non-refundable, and if you received "free shipping" on a promotion, my shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
